Local Standard Delivery


2 - 5 working days

You can count on us for a convenient delivery within all of Leicestershire and selected Nottingham and Derby postcodes*. When you choose our Local Express delivery service, your appliance will be delivered into your home and into the room of your choice within 2 to 5 working days.

Small Appliances Delivery


2 - 5 working days

All of our small appliances are sent fully tracked for free! From kettles to toasters, you can sit back and relax knowing your appliances will be with you in no time.

Local Express Delivery


1 - 3 working days

You can count on us for fast delivery within Leicestershire, Nottingham* and Derby*. When you choose our Local Express delivery service, your appliance will be delivered into your home and into the room of your choice within 1 - 3 working days.

Nationwide Standard Delivery


7 - 10 working days

This is our most common delivery choice. When choosing our Standard delivery service, we’ll have your order delivered to your door or kerbside within 7 to 10 working days.

Local 2-Man Delivery


2 - 5 working days

For bulkier items, including dual cookers and American fridge freezers, or large orders our friendly team are around to help.

Nationwide Express Delivery


2 - 5 working days

You can count on us for fast delivery. When you choose our express delivery service, your appliance will be delivered door-to-door or kerbside within 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery FAQs

Can I choose my own delivery date?

Yes. At DR Electrical, we understand that you may have specific delivery requirements. That's why we now offer the option to specify your preferred delivery date (from next working day) and time slot (AM or PM) at the checkout. Please note that this is to be used as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed. We will telephone you to confirm delivery arrangements once your order has been received.

Do you offer same-day delivery in Leicester?

Yes! We now offer a same-day delivery* service in Leicester on all telephone and in-store orders. Please call us or visit us in-store to take advantage of this service.

Our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you. Orders must be placed before 1pm to qualify for same-day delivery.

Please note: this service is only available Monday-Saturday and excludes bank holidays. We hope you take advantage of this convenient new service!

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you have missed our delivery on pre-arranged slots, no worries. Our team are more than happy to rearrange a re-delivery date at a charge of £60 to yourself.

If the missed delivery occurred due to issues on our end, we will get in touch with you to discuss.

What days fall under ‘working days’?

For Birmingham, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, we operate our delivery service from Monday to Friday.

For appliance deliveries in Leicestershire, our friendly team of delivery men operate from Monday to Saturday.

If I order more than 1 item, will they be delivered together?

We will try to deliver your appliances together, but if there are any manufacturing or warehousing delays, this may not be possible.

Our customer services team will always let you know of estimated lead times on appliances.

How will DR Electrical dispose of my old appliance?

We’ll make sure your old appliance gets recycled in an environmentally friendly manner and adheres to the local council guidelines. We'll take care of it all so you don't have to worry.

Disposal services are only available in local post codes.

Can I change my delivery date?

If you need to change your delivery slot, it’s best to get in touch with us directly as soon as possible. We’ll always try our best to accommodate your schedule.
