Local Delivery - Single Person Delivery: Next Day (Excluding Sundays) £10
For ground floor properties or where there is a functioning lift.
Local Delivery - 2 Person Delivery: 2 - 5 working days £49
For bulky products requiring a 2 person delivery, or for addresses above the ground floor, with no lift available. Bulky products include american style fridge freezers and range cookers.
Click & Collect: 2 - 5 working days FREE

Nationwide Delivery
We also deliver throughout the UK.
Standard Nationwide Delivery: 2 - 4 working days £59
Delivered by courier.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you have missed our delivery on a pre-agreed slot, please don’t worry. Our team are more than happy to rearrange a re-delivery date but please note this will come with an additional charge of £60.
If the missed delivery occurred due to issues we are responsible for, we will get in touch with you to discuss.

Can I choose my own delivery date?
The delivery date of your chosen appliance will be given to you by our friendly team based on your chosen appliance and delivery method. Feel free to add any preferences in the order notes and we will do our best to accommodate.

What days fall under ‘working days’?
For appliance deliveries within 25 miles of our Syston showroom, our friendly delivery team operate from Monday to Saturday.
For elsewhere in the UK, we operate our delivery service from Monday to Friday.

If I order more than 1 item, will they be delivered together?
We will always try to deliver your appliances together, but if there are any manufacturing or warehousing delays, this may not be possible.
Our customer services team will always let you know of estimated lead times on appliances.
