Damaged & Faulty Goods

Faulty or damaged goods should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt and will be replaced free of charge subject to inspection by the manufacturer. Faulty or damaged Items that were delivered by us will be collected and replaced as soon as possible (subject to availability of replacement or delivery slot). Items being returned to us should be done so together with original packaging.

Unwanted Goods

Unwanted goods may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods*. Do not install or use any unwanted items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable.

*Please note, for special order appliances or non stock items we do not offer a refund/return or exchange.

We reserve the right to apply handling charges for returned items under some circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse a return due to the following:

• The goods received back are incomplete.
• The returned goods are missing their original packaging.
• The cancellation was requested after the 14 day notification period.
• Please note that we do not accept returns and will not provide refunds if the goods you wish to return are in any condition other than new or have been installed or used.
