Placing an Order & Click & Collect

Ordering Online - For Delivery & Installation

Click 'add to basket' and the product will be added to your shopping cart. From here you will be able to select additional options relating to the product including installation* & recycling* of your old appliance. The cart page will also allow you to change quantity and then either continue to shop or checkout. You may also estimate the cost of delivery by entering your postcode. You can then proceed to checkout where you may log in/register your details (ideal for regular customers) or checkout as a guest and enter your billing, shipping, preferred delivery date & payment details. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete your order. We accept all major debit & credit cards securely processed by Sagepay or you may pay via Paypal. You will then receive an email to confirm your order and we will contact you to arrange delivery.

*installation & recycling services are restricted by postcode area. You will not be able to select options that are unavailable outside our installation area. See our installation page for more details.

Ordering Online - Click & Collect

When you order any In Stock item, choose the "Click and Collect" option on the basket page at the checkout and then choose the day you'd like to come to collect it. We'll reserve the item for you at our warehouse, ready for you to come and pick it up. A member of our sales team will phone you before your chosen date to confim your order and make sure that everything is ready for you to come and collect.
