Between our team of 5 field service engineers we have over 100 years of experience. For common faults we aim to complete most repairs in one visit. However, we have a dedicated onsite workshop and access to over 3 million spare parts on a next day delivery in order to complete repairs that require further attention.

What happens if your appliance is too expensive to repair?

If we find your appliance is beyond economic repair, depending on the work carried out, part of the initial labour change can be waivered against the costs of the replacement.
