Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases and transactions processed by this website, over the telephone or in-store. Please read carefully and print a copy for reference. Details of how to place and pay for your order online are available here.

Products

Product images are for illustration purposes only and product descriptions, while as accurate as possible, are for guidance only.

Graded & Clearance Products

All our clearance, ex-display & graded appliances are either shop soiled or have slight cosmetic damage. The manufacturers guarantee remains valid.

Prices

All prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT but exclude any delivery charges.

We reserve the right to change advertised prices at any time. Please note that prices change regularly.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for an item found to be priced incorrectly.

Payment

We accept payment by debit or credit card*, bank transfer, cheque (goods/services supplied only on receipt of cleared funds), Paypal and SagePay (online orders only).

Availability

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you may be offered an alternative product or given a full refund.

Returns

Damaged & Faulty Goods

Faulty or damaged goods should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt and will be replaced free of charge subject to inspection by the manufacturer. Faulty or damaged Items that were delivered by us will be collected and replaced as soon as possible (subject to availability of replacement or delivery slot). Items being returned to us should be done so together with original packaging.

Unwanted Goods

Unwanted goods may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods*. Do not install or use any unwanted items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable.

*Please note, for special order appliances or non stock items we do not offer a refund/return or exchange.

We reserve the right to apply handling charges for returned items under some circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse a return due to the following:

  • The goods received back are incomplete.
  • The returned goods are missing their original packaging.
  • The cancellation was requested after the 14 day notification period.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns and will not provide refunds if the goods you wish to return are in any condition other than new or have been installed or used.

Your Statutory Rights

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions clauses wherever consumer statutory rights are not affected.
